3rd Annual Saab Design Competition

The 3rd Annual Saab Design Competition commences once again in Korea. Two questions I raise are the following. 1) Why is there a GM sponsored Saab Design competion only in Korea, and now on its third year? Second is what is with the old tagline “Move your mind” opposed to the new “Born From Jets” tagline.
