Music Videos & Saab Advertising

The Swedish group, Ace of Base, made a music video back in 1998 called “Travel to Romantis” that included Saab Aircraft over Läcke Slott as well as Saab Automobile appearances

I wonder if Saab Aerospace at the time and Saab Automobile AB, collaborated on this venture as an advertising opportunity? I think that it would be interesting to see the Saab Automobile as well as Saab Technologies, do a joint venture like this in the near future. As a fellow Saab Enthusiast, KJQ, told me over the past weekend at the Saab Owners Gathering in Lake George, New York, the idea of watching a video really only works for people when the footage also includes music.

I think the music video was quite effective.
