Saab-Scania 99 “Electric” Postal Truck – 1977

On the topic of “Electric Vehicles”, Saab-Scania made possibly one of their first electric vehicles thirty years ago. This electric vehicle was based off of the Saab 99, but converted into a van for the Swedish Postal Service.

This electric vehicle was a prototype, and never made it into full production, unfortunately.
