Erik “On The Roof” Carlsson in San Diego, CA

At the recent Saab 60th Anniversary launch in San Diego, California, Erik “On the roof” Carlsson was present and had the opportunity to drive a number of the heritage collection vehicles, namely the 1966 96 RAC Rally car. It was quite a nostalgic experience for anyone watching, and especially memorable if you had the luxury being his co-driver on any his spins around the deserted air strip at the airport that sunny afternoon in early February.

Here are a photo of the photos that I managed to take on that day that I enjoy sharing with you. You can see from the photographs that Erik Carlsson has not lost touch with his driving ability.
