The Story of the ICEHOTEL in SWEDEN BY FOUNDER AND CEO YNGVE BERGQVIST

“The story begins along the free flowing Torne River, in the village of Jukkasjarvi in Northern Sweden. Each year the ice from the frozen river is “borrowed” to build the Ice Hotel near the Arctic Circle. This world famous hotel offers a unique experience amid fantastic works of art, glistening walls, safe from the howling winds of the frozen North. And each year, in the spring, the hotel melts and returns to its source – the ultimate in recycling. (www.icehotel.com)
