Saab 9-3 SportCombi vs. IKEA

In the early part of this year I posted a poll “Saab vs. IKEA” where I provided visitors the opportunity to vote for the Saab that had the best overall cargo capacity, whereby the 9-3 SportCombi was voted on and placed 4th overall.

As a follow-up to this posting, a Saab Enthusiast by the name of Randall Thatcher has recently done a nice photoshop animated image illustrating the capabilities of his family’s 9-3 SportCombi, complete with the IKEA furniture to boot.

Here is a quote in his own words to describe the animated image we have below. Great work!

The sofabed came out on a rectangular pallet, and we thought there was no way. We got rid of some packaging and loaded up the car. 1 sofabed, 2 slipcovers in the back. Me and wife up front with some stuff at her feet and a plant pot on her lap. That was one full car!
