Saab Festival 60th Anniversary Dinner

At the 60th Anniversary dinner culminated the activities of the day on Saturday, June 9th, 2007 during the Saab Festival in Trollhättan, Sweden.

The 1,600 Saab owners and enthusiasts that purchased tickets to this dinner were treated to a world class scandinavian cuisine while enjoying a decade by decade account of the history of Saab Automobile from notables such as Rolfe Melde, Erik Carlsson, Gunnar Palm, Stig Blomqvist and Jan-Ã…ke Jonsson and others. This was a real treat that I hope was professionally filmed and will be archived for years to come by Saab Automobile in Sweden.

I have managed to film as much of this dinner as possible on my tri-pod until dinner started being served where you will notice the obstructions to the film occuring. I understand that Steven Wade of Trollhättansaab.net got a VIP ticket and had the opportunity to sit with Saab Automobile management on one of the first tables, so perhaps there is a chance he got some footage that would be closer and not obstructed like mine was.
