Saab 9-3 XWD / TTID Unveiling – Trollhättan, Sweden

On Sunday, June 10th, 2007 the new design of the model year 2008 Saab 9-3 was unveiled to the public on stage by the President of Saab Automobile, Sweden, Jan-Ã…ke Jonsson.

While there were many excited to witness the event first hand, there were many surprised to see the number of test cars throughout Trollhättan days and weeks before the public unveiling without any protective coverings for all to see. It is however, incredible to see how the Aero-X styling cues were integrated into the new 9-3 that were overseen by the Director of Design of Saab Automobile, Simon Padian at the Saab Design Center.

The following day, the global press was invited to a media event and given the chance to test drive the 9-3 models where there was also a press kit released that will follow this posting with all of the important photographs and details.
