SAAB-SCANIA MEDIA KIT – 100 YEARS OF SCANIA

As a follow-up to the posting I did earlier on a book I received as part of a donation as part of Saab-Scania celebrating 100 years back in 1991, I also recently received a rather large promotional media kit that was focused on highlighting the 100 years of SCANIA.

Inside, this kit includes the 1987 book, The Saab-Scania Story, A full length documentary style film 50 YEARS WITH SAAB, a cassette tape SOUND OF SAAB-SCANIA, The SAAB-SCANIA BAND CONDUCTED by Ingemar Wahlin, and finally a book I have never heard of that I can’t wait to read, IN QUEST OF A COMPANY SOUL, by Bertil Torekull.

This is a great addition to the Saab History historical archive and I look forward to exploring this material in depth on the site in the near future. I am particular fond of the SAAB wing tiled onto the box that the materials are included in. Enjoy the photos.
