Peter Backström – Saab Owners Convention 2007

On Saturday, August 25th at the 2007 Saab Owners Convention in Troy, Michigan, Peter Backström, curator of the Saab Car Museum in Trollhättan, Sweden had a presentation that showcased cars in the museum’s collection.
 
This presentation was quite informative and spectacular, especially knowing that there are 108 cars that currently exist in the collection. I hope to obtain a master list so that I can share that with everyone here in the near future. One of my favorite parts of the presentation took place early on with the “surprise” phonecall made early on by lengendary Saab rally champion, Erik “On “On the Roof” Carlsson, via speakerphone to Peter Backström. Well done!
