What: Saab Master Technician Training Promo @ 2000 Saab Owners Convention

Station 1: “Find The Data & Diagnose the Problem” Find the Data: Technicians need-
ed to diagnose a driveability complaint using only the data stored in a Tech 2 Scan Too|`s snapshot memory.

Station 2:“Identify the Special Tools & Saab nomenclature” Special Tools and Parts l.D.:
Without reference material, technicians were asked to identify a litany of special tools and vehicle parts, both old and new.

Station 3: “Repair Order for 9-3 Convertible Top” : A mysterious convertible-top malady needed to be discovered and repaired within the allotted time.

Station 4: “Customer Satisfaction & Product Knowledge” With a judge acting as the customer, technicians were grilled

Station 5: “Diagnose Electrical Problems on 1999 9-5″Technicians’ knowledge of latest engine management technology was put to the test to root out an

Station 6: “9-5 Air Conditioning Electrical: ″Technicians had to keep their cool as they diagnosed and repaired a series of problems that ultimately prevented AJC operation.
