Saab Owners Center Now Importing Customer Data

As a follow-up to my report that Saab USA & GM now host the Saab Owners Center on a Yahoo powered site, leaving customers in the dust when it comes to their data, there have now been the following responses arriving in customer’s mailboxes as a result:
I hope this importation of data is customer wide and not on an individual by individual basis.
Here’s the e-mail below, and note all of of the bounces it had to go through to finally arrive with the customer.
