New Salem Saab Summer Sales Event

Saab History site sponsor New Salem Saab of Albany, New York, has recently provided me with their latest Saab Summer event.

It appears they are really moving things along nicely these days including some incredible E-85 conversions.

Take a look at their latest press release bullet points below for more information:

* We have decided to extend our Summer Sales Event at New Salem Saab. We are offering GM EMPLOYEE PRICING on all 2008 Saab models in stock. Between the GM EMPLOYEE Pricing, NSS discount, owner loyalty, incentives and rebates you will see savings of over $9000.00 on some models! Its a buyers market right now. With the economy and fuel prices, now is the absolute best time to get into a new Saab with our super fuel sipping 4cly turbo charged engines.

* As you may have heard leasing an auto may become a thing of the past in the very near future. GM is still in the leasing game, but who knows for how long with Chrysler, Ford and others dropping their programs. Leasing allows for partial payment of the vehicles cost based on useage. This also allows for your monthly payments to be less then that of a purchase. Consider the changes that may occur and plan your families needs now for huge vehicles savings. Read up on it. The auto industry is changing over night.

* We have also discounted most of the preowned inventory as well due to our customers needs for good Saabs at reasonable prices during these times. We need to place these cars in good homes as well. It helps pay the bills…..

* We can convert your Saab to E85. This is corn based fuel which is over a dollar less a gallon. Although your car burns more of the E85 and MPG is reduced slightly the MATH has proven itself. We are saving about $.05 PER MILE in the 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero we converted and have been running now for over two thousand miles. I will need to speak to you about the coversiion BEFORE I preform the work. We have several E85 filling stations in the area. This option may not be for everybody. ROI depending on your yearly mileage can be less then 1-2 years.
