Remember the Scania griffen was a reference to the Scania trucks and the Saab-Scania era (1969-1989) as well as the Southern most tip of Sweden.

		<description>It doesn&#039;t sound like they intend to slay the Griffin, just make SAAB more prominent. At least it&#039;ll stop people/friends from asking me: &quot;What kind of car is that?&quot;. Of course, they&#039;ll then ask me the next most annoying question: &quot;Who makes the SAAB?&quot;. :-)
On the serious side, I think a lot of people see SAABs on the street and like them, but they don&#039;t know what they are or where to find them. At least this should help with the identification/awareness problem.</description>
