Saab Sighting Of The Week – Northampton, Massachusetts

While traveling this weekend in New England, specifically Northampton, Massachusetts I spotted a wonderful Scandinavian store called “Scandihoovians”. As I parked the 1992 Saab 900 Turbo project in front, which is fresh off of its maiden voyage to the 2008 Saab Owners Convention this past August, I began to think about a photo opportunity.

As my memory at the time served me, I almost forgot that Northampton, Massachusetts has quite a large volume of subtle Saab advertising going on with their “Saab Parking Meters” that I covered back on September 8th, 2007.

It was clear that this was the time and the place, considering A) Saab 900 Turbo, B) the Saab Parking meters and C) the Scandinavian store, for this week’s Saab sighting of the week!
