In 1990, the Saab 9000i made the Guiness Book of World Records with the fastest travelled in the shortest amount of time from Skagen in Northern Denmark to Gilbralter, Spain and back again.

The trip of 7230 km in 63 hours and 17 minutes was quite impressive, as if the 1986 Saab 9000 debut at Talladega titled the “Long Run” was not enough to show how much these cars could really endure!

This is definitely one for the record books for Saab’s history here on Saabhistory.com
