It was recently brought to my attention that while it’s clear there is a lot of news going on these days, it’s important to indicate that all new and existing Saab Automobile customers will have their service, parts and warranties honored as GM is legally responsible to uphold these agreements made with individual dealerships around the world.

The one thing we cannot have now, are customers turning away from possible sales, service, parts, etc. so please keep in mind that it’s business as usual as a customer with a company that is required to honor all agreements, it is GM’s legal responsibility.

We Stand By Your Saab

Your Saab Warranty is issued and backed by General Motors. GM stands fully behind the warranties on Saab products and will support continued availability of parts and service as needed.

No-Charge Scheduled Maintenance

For the first three years or 36,000 miles,¹ all standard maintenance on a 2009 Saab vehicle, such as tire rotations and oil changes, at no extra charge when serviced at an authorized Saab dealership.

OnStar is a safety and security system that helps keep you on course, protected and connected on the road. From a minor inconvenience to a major collision, a live, trained Advisor is there to help.

Four-year/50,000-Mile Bumpter-to-Bumper Limited Warranty.
If any part of your Saab vehicle covered under this warranty is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship occurring during normal use, the manufacturer will make the appropriate corrections free-of-charge (parts and labor) with no deductible, for four years or 50,000 miles.³

Roadside Assistance Program
Response, security and convenience of the 24-hour Roadside Assistance Program is available for a period of four years or 50,000 miles.³

Courtesy Transportation
During the warranty coverage period, alternate transportation and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses will be available under the Courtesy Transportation Program if your vehicle requires warranty repairs. Several transportation options are available.

    I’m an owner who purchased a saab 97X from GOLD COAST I have 32,000 miles and was turned down for service! They stated that they will not honor the warranty not happy and still paying for a vehicle that GOLD COAST sold me!!!
    Will never purchase a car from them and will advise friends and family not to trust this company.
