GM Europe Trying to Separate From GM North America

It looks like not only is GM Europe trying to spin-off a new group, but it also looks to spin off itself, from GM North America as well.
With Saab Automobile, Opel, Vauxhall making their moves to independence, it seems like just about everyone else is also trying to rapidly disassociate themselves from General Motors these days, and for good reason, GM is a loosing entity no matter which way you slice it.
A video from Carl-Peter Forster, whom I’ve interviewed last year in Detroit, sends a clear message that GM Europe is hurting because of GMNA’s problems, so it’s no surprise that GM Europe themselves are trying to separate from General Motors North America.
