The Saab-Scania of America Parts Facility 1987 – 1992

I have been going through the Saab history in the United States lately to fill in the gaps in my records and have come across a nice photo recently of the parts facility.

I have fortunately done this research back in 2005 because the administrative assistant, Janet Lozinski who worked with CH Nickerson has now retired and the current one does not know how to access such material. Thanks to Ms. Lozinski at CH Nickerson we have this photo and the history behind it.

It was Saab Cars USA, Inc. that as part of their relocation of facilities from Connecticut, relocated their parts & accessories depot from Meriden, Connecticut which was completed in July of 1987.
