@Ivan

I'm not from TRMA waste hauling...that is Telmo's company.

I don't know where Telmo got this V8...I'll have to ask him next time I see him.

Here is a link to the trucks my company operates.

guys can you explain to me is that problems with parts and that is sometimes problem to get some part ?

@scania fan are you from TRMA waste hauling? they have one 143 500

and can you explain to me where you get v8

as much i found out few of v8 T dump trucks were imported in to CT in late of 80s as experimental trucks

and Telmo replace their engines to other trucks

i find a video of one 113 400 turbocompound dump truck so this engine is imported , so are you using engines from europe or they are from US

@Danny

Wow! 10 Scanias. That's awesome.

We have six with the 6 cylinder and one with a 500hp V8. We have 2 dump trucks, 2 tractors, 2 boom trucks, and a parts unit.

We use Telmo for parts, too.

Hi Guys, I may be able to help if you still are looking for more Scania Trucks in the US. I have worked for Scania in Denmark, Sweden and Orange CT as well as for TruckCenter NorthHaven when they where a Scania dealer. I have relocated in March 2009 to Denmark but have many contacts in the US to old customers with Scanias. Lets not forget our Scania dragrace truck where we won the 2 national races in English Town NJ in 1990 and 1991 Class AA.

Ryan Hi,

When I used to travel in my Saab, all over Wisconsin, I saw Scania buses regularly, in Madison, after they were released on the market. I will make inquiries, as I am not visiting there, like I used to.

Also Indinanapolis used to be a big Scania parts hub, for the Mid-West.
