Saab History Suggests New Saab Automobile North America, Film Promotional Videos In New England For 2009 Relaunch

Posted on 05. May, 2009 by in 2000-2009

As part of my suggested relaunch of Saab Automobile in North America this year, I am suggesting a number of aggressive promotional videos filmed in New England. I see these videos, used in television ads, web videos, make it clear that the Saab Automobile is making ties to re-establish itself as a company once in again where it all started.

I have provided a film made in 1991, where a majority of the scenes were filmed just minutes North of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Saab History’s suggested future home of Saab Automobile in North America.

You will notice that in this film, they film Saabs driving up Kennebunk, York Beach, Portland, and Freeport, Maine including a nice visit to the L.L. Bean heaquarters, a perfect partner for a the new 9-3x cross-combi launch that should take place this fall in New England, and where else to do it in the United States?

It is New England where you drive just a few hours North and have the beautiful fall folliage in Vermont, the white mountains of New Hampshire and the incredible sea coast of Maine, it’s all here in New England.

The timing is right, the location is logical and absolutely perfect for filming, so even more of a reason to relocate to this region in New England and begin filming new promotional videos for the new Saab 9-3x Cross Combi and next generation Saab 9-5, and 9-4x later on.

    Marcin,

Thanks for writing. I agree, that’s why I restored this 1992 Saab c900 Turbo.
