Saab Automobile Officially Files For Reconstruction Extension (May 20th – August 20th)

Today, Saab Automobile AB have officially filed for a reconstruction extension with the court in Vänersborg, Sweden.
Saab History has received the official documents directly and have provided them for you above, they are all in Swedish, so a translation should be forthcoming.
The details of this extension are primarily to get Saab Automobile AB protected from their creditors as well as GM, as an announcement of a buyer is planned to be by July, well before the August 20th end-date to this second extended reconstruction process.
