Saab History & John Moss Speak On National Public Radio

Saab History has recently participated in a program called “Where We Live” with National Public Radio’s Connecticut affiliate this morning to discuss the the status of Saab along with Saab’s history in Connecticut.

mossHaving received a request to be part of this program, I extended the invite to longtime former Saab employee of 37 years, John Moss who spoke candidly about the first headquarters in New Haven, Connecticut to his experiences with SAAB over the years.

During the program, there were a number of callers that talked about their experiences with Saab in addition to a nice surprise call from our folks, the New England Saab Association that I started many years ago.

    Interesting coincidence…I’m going to be on WPKN (89.5) out of Bridgeport, CT tonight at 8:00 PM, with Jim Motavalli. Perhaps Connecticut radio has taken an interest in Saab…after all the years in New Haven/Orange?

    In addition to 89.5 FM out of Bridgeport/New Haven, CT they also seem to come out of Montauk, NY/New London, CT/Westerly, RI on 88.7.
